1) Move your car, if possible and call for help. Contact the police if there is damage or an injury.

2) Get the other drivers information (Name, Address, Phone number, Drivers License number, License plate number and insurance information) and if there were witnesses, take their information too.

3) Call Prior Lake Auto Collision- we will tow your vehicle to our shop at our expense in most instances. We will work with your insurance company if a claim needs to be made and provide you with a loaner car if you do not have rental car coverage.

4) Take notes of the damage that was done to both vehicles, draw a diagram or take pictures if you have a phone or camera.
